Brighter Days Supports are dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals in the Bradford district to achieve independence and reach their personal goals through high-quality, person-centred, and neuroinclusive care.
Our approach is built on honesty, transparency, and a commitment to freedom of choice. We work with individuals of all neurotypes—including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and learning disabilities—helping them lead full and active lives. With lived experience of the challenges neurodivergent people often face, we understand the importance of predictability and consistency in care.
Our goal is to help individuals develop their autonomy, achieve their aspirations, and live life on their own terms. We actively encourage and support independence, whether that means developing daily living skills, accessing the community, or working towards long-term personal goals
Brighter Days Supports was founded by Joanne and Rebecca, who are driven by a shared vision and a deep passion for making a real difference. Together, they bring extensive experience in supporting individuals with complex social care needs. As experts by experience within the local community, Joanne and Rebecca are committed to delivering truly person-centred, neuroinclusive care that recognises and respects the unique strengths and needs of every individual.
Small Supports organisations share several key characteristics that set them apart from larger, more segregated services. focused on personalised, sustainable support tailored to individual needs and aspirations, ensuring people maintain control over their lives.
At Brighter Days Supports, we offer Direct Payments and a range of funded support options, empowering individuals to have greater choice, control, and independence in their care.
We work alongside individuals to meet their unique needs, never compromising on the quality of support. Our approach is fully person-centred — we take the time to truly get to know each person, their story, and what matters most to them. We never work based on assumptions.
We listen, we respect, and we support each individual in the way they choose to live.
By understanding their journey and the people who matter most to them, we help shape support that feels right and meaningful. We always work in partnership to ensure every decision is made with the individual’s best interests at heart.
At Brighter Days Supports, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals across the Bradford district. As our service continues to grow, we’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team.
If you’re passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives and want to be part of a supportive, person-centred organisation — we’d love to hear from you!
